Comment 8 for bug 666052

Hi Daniel,

The 1.9.0 beta has libFLAC. 1.8.2 does not. You may well be right that it
is a general performance problem. However, it'd be great to have that extra
datapoint of whether or not it was a FLAC issue. If you get a chance could
you please try out the 1.9.0 beta?
