While I think it's *possible* to use 4 decks without master sync, it would seem amateurish not to have the option. I would rather wait until all the related features are done and release a big multi-deck master-sync version of mixxx and knock 'em dead.

The difficult part of master sync is done so we'll be able to hit 1.12 just fine.
