Actually F11 key is assigned differently on OSX depending on OS version / Hardware. I.e on macbook pro OSX 10.6 "F11" is "Lower volume".
There is no standard key for "Fullscreen" see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1343.
I would go go for the simplest shortcut "CMD+F". Although this shortcut is assigned with inline searching for text finder/editors/browsers, it is quasi standard for fullscreen too. As seen on Apple Quicktime / DVD Player, VLC, Mixvibes Cross.
Also we already have "CMD+Y" for vinyl control, "CMD+O" for load song etc....
Even though" Shift+Cmd+F" would be a good alternative.
Good point.
