BPM tap option not in 1.8.0, no way to change the BPM

Bug Description

Right-clicking a track in 1.7 and selecting Properties gives Track Information and BPM Information options.
In the 1.8 beta, the latter is missing, and with it the option to tap a BPM for a track whose BPM can either not be recognised, or is incorrect.
Though BPM detection has seemingly improved in 1.8, this option was fairly crucial when it came to certain tracks.

Just fixed this in lp:mixxx/1.8 and this will hopefully go into beta2 that is coming out very very soon. I added a spinbox for setting the BPM manually and buttons to double/halve the bpm. The BPM tap button is in there, but not working yet.

Thanks for your report, korin!
