To test without a MIDI controller, add the following to your res/keyboard/
[Playlist]
SelectNextTrack Down
SelectPrevTrack Up
LoadSelectedInt
Then manually change to the Browse view and use your cursor keys and Enter to operate. (The highlight jumps two at a time because it's reacting to the down and up keystrokes, which is normal and expected, so ignore that.)
