Not apply hidden to the history sounds reasonable, because hiding a track after you have played it bends the truth IMHO.
In the other tabled "hidden" is another word for delete. If we remove the track from the library, it will com back after the next library scan. As a workaround the hidden state was invented.
That was the reason to delete "hidden" Tracks also from Playlists and crates.
