FWIW I didn't see the updated tags after restart, not even with "Syncronize library metadata from/to file tags", no matter if recording mp3 or wav.

probably related to how the browse model handles metadata.

If this was some directory which was not added to the library, okay.
But all recordings are in the library, so I don't understand it.
