I experience this on main.

* open Track Properties
* change any of the standart fields (artist, title, album ...)
A
  * filed still focused
  * press Alt+A to apply
  = filed is reset to previous state
B
  * focus any other (unchanged) field
  * press Alt+A to apply
  or
  * leave focus in changed field, click Apply
  = change is applied

Note: this not happen with the comment field.
