Ok, looks like another debug assertion triggered that reveals an inconsistency between the beat grid and the nominal value stored as metadata. This should happen on any platform, not only Windows.
We need to know how you use and how you are able to get there. It might also depend on your settings, namely Library and Beat Detection.
