Comment 5 for bug 1796262

I have attached a zip containing 3 examples. I ran them through the scanner multiple times and the result was always a broken number, but very very close to the actual one, which is simply the value rounded to the nearest whole.

Btw is there a place to submit songs that the scanner gets completely wrong so it can be improved?
