Are you using the Record/Broadcast input in the Sound Hardware Preferences? If so, then the signal from that input is used unmodified for recording and broadcasting and the master meters in Mixxx do not tell anything about that. I realize now that there is no meter for this signal available in Mixxx, but perhaps we should add one.
