Ron, how do you preview single decks? Which Mixxx outputs are connected to your external Mixer?

With the new side-chain pfl, your headphones can remain in your if you are able to switch them to Mixxx's headphones output. Than you are able to listen to the stream that is actually encoded.

Currently you can only listen to the hardware source stream that is passed back to Mixxx.
The streaming sound may get broken by a loose connection or such between your mixer output and Mixxx's recording/broadcasting input. If we have the proposed PFL position,you can listen to the broadcast sound, and are able to hear such issues.
