I don't know why, but my line on-board line input is to low. I have to crank up the gain to 6 dB.
The plf input is needed, because you cannot rely on the sound quality only looking at the VU-Meter.
The Mic Mixx might be unbalanced or you have clipping in an early state. Without Plf, you can only record the sound and listen to it later. With a PLF, it is easy to check the sound before going on air.
