It is small, because you want it. A small change is to comment the Recording/Broadcast input in the Hardware preferences. But let's discuss pro and cons of merging a solution instead.
For now, I am for making it right, instead of rushing it in. If we have a finished PR, we can decide into which branch it should be merged.
