Mixxx has a great feature which I discovered only by chance:
one can drag track properties like title, artist or cover art to other decks or to playlists and crates. This is great if respective track is currently not focused/visible in library table.

I don't know how this could be implemented, but it would be a huge help for new users if
a) mouse pointer changes when hovering drag'n'drop-able items
b) all areas where this item can be dropped on are highlighted (i.e. by a border) if mouse is dragging such an item
