Open the file manager "Explorer"

Copy the following line to the address bar:

%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Mixxx

copy the file mixxx.log and add it as attachment to this bug

Do you have Windows 10 Home with 32 bit (x86) or or 64 bit (x64)?
You find it at "Control Panel" -> "system and Security" -> "System" and then at "System Type"
