Log 4 and 7 are looking like network performance issues where Mixxx is not able to recover gracefully.
Could it be a temporary bandwidth decrease or is it a Mixxx / Windows / Hardware issue.
Maybe the disconnect messages are queued in the buffer next to the following connection attempt. This might fail because the server is still shutting down ...
