The "Microphone/Talkover Mix" option issue, is a new one we have to fix.

The preferences issue should be fixed in
http://downloads.mixxx.org/builds/1.12/release/mixxx-1.12.0-beta1-1.12-git5606-release-x64.exe

We have changed the strategy and greyed out the preferences when shout-cast is on air.
