Attached you find a *deb package which installs a patches snd-usb-audio modul.
It was tested with Ubuntu Precise and Linux 3.2.0-40-generic.

Instructions:
* Unplug RMX2
* sudo modprobe -r snd_usb_audio
* dpkg -i snd-usb-audio-rmx2-dkms_0.10_all.deb
* Plug RMX2 .. and Play (hopefully)
