Comment 2 for bug 1092556

The skin.xml already has all code for sampler support but the decks are hidden because of spacing issues. The skin parser searched for the [Samplers],show_samplers ConfigKey and activated the view menu accordingly. For now i remove the ConfigKey, if time allows, i'll activate as much sample decks as space allows.
