In RateControl, we did not initialize m_bVinylControlEnabled or m_bVinylControlScratching. As a result these flags were set to the value of the underlying memory which somewhat randomly flipped the flags and caused decks/samplers to be "stuck" in vinyl control mode which pegged their rate to 0. That's why you could scratch them but they wouldn't move forward when play was enabled. Fixed in lp:mixxx/1.11 r3458.
