Using Mir On X, the mouse movement is unreliable in two ways:
1. If you move the mouse quickly and leave the window, even clicking outside the "Mir On X" window then the Mir cursor keeps moving; and
2. If you move the mouse slowly within the "Mir On X" window then although the X cursor moves smoothly, the Mir On X cursor does not move at all, and then suddenly moves in jumps.
