So, on vivid-touch every buffer ID is 3:

    Expected: (stale_buffer_id1) != (stale_buffer_id2), actual: 3 vs 3
    ...
    Expected: (stale_buffer_id2) != (buffer_id3), actual: 3 vs 3

I can't reproduce locally (on desktop utopic nor phone).
