Bug Description

If you hide navigationbar (View->Toolbars->Navigationbar unchecked), then (re)load a webpage, navigation bar is shown until the page loads. This should not do.

I find it a bit weird, if I have an option "hide navigationbar" enabled, and the navigationbar gets shown, when loading a webpage. I find it more natural, if it is really hidden, except the case, when you want to enter url or so.
