Tit's not trivial for most people to get an idea if it's as good or bad as they expect since it requires a rebuild. There's some concerns regarding small screen sizes and longish URLs. So what I suggest here based on a quick irc discussion is that we have an option "Two columns in url suggestions" and from there we can look into defaults, screen size-dependant layout and such.
