F9 doesn't select sidepanel category

Bug Description
Launching Midori and pressing F9 or the 'Sidepanel' toolbar button displays the last used category in the sidepanel, but for some reason, the category is not actually selected at the bottom of the sidepanel, which means that some buttons may be hidden. For example, if the category was bookmarks, you will see the bookmarks but not all the bookmarking tools unless you actually click on the Bookmarks icon at the bottom of the sidepanel.
