Hi Olivier and Zach,
the second issue is actually kind of trivial. That patch was meant for v2 where, doing only NLO QCD corrections, real emissions were positive definite. This is no longer true in v3, hence that part is not there anymore.

Note that if the error is just printed on screen at the output stage, but MG5_aMC does not crash (ie the output goes on), the produced code is good to be run.
