Hi,

Maybe numpy installed f2py to a weird location and that we are not able to find it.
Could you edit the configuration file (input/mg5_configuration.txt)
and replace the line
# f2py_compiler = None
by
f2py_compiler = XXXX
(where XXXX is the path to your f2py executable)
