Thanks a lot for this.

- The fix is pushed/published for pythia-pgs. (a new install pythia-pgs should work).
- Your fix for ExRootAnalysis should be published as well.
- The fix inside MG5_aMC is pushed in 2.1.2, and will be part of the next release.
