1) open msg app
2) start a text and type words
3) highlight a word to copy, select copy prompt
4) tap and hold to get paste prompt
expect paste prompt to be activated, but it wasn't

also, the past prompt was active in the notepad app. and actually pasted the contents.
so from some other testing of copy/paste, this seems to be specific to messaging app
