In russian (and maybe some others) localization titles and descriptions show only first several characters.
Look at screenshot.
Instead of "Веб-браузер" there is only "Веб-бр".
And instead of "Смотреть в интернете" there is only "Смотреть в".
All applications have such reduced titles.
