Well, this is a good response to people saying things like "we are your clients, this downtime is unacceptable", "this is not very professional" or "fix it quick". We all do this on our free time, so I don't see a problem with being a bit rash with these people who think they are on a hotline.

Fortunately, most people understand, are patient, and some even provide workarounds. :)
