Skype: only English available in gutsy

Kubuntu 7.10 amd64
Installed: skype-common, skype-static: 1.4.0.118dynamic+static-0medibuntu3

There is only English in Skype: "Options -> General -> Set program language to". Other languages are missing.
I found somewhere in forums that *.qm files are missing in /usr/share/skype/lang/. I downloaded skype-1.4.0.118.tar.bz2 from Skype web site, unpacked skype_pl.qm and copied it to /usr/share/skype/lang/. When I started Skype, this time it was in Polish, as it was saved in my migrated Skype profile, so the problem was solved.

This bug has been confirmed by me on a few PCs with Kubuntu 7.10, both amd64 and ia32.

Please attach *.qm files to skype-common package. Non-English users are waiting for this :-)

Reopening for gutsy, it fails to build on amd64 with the fix.
