Hi. You are quite correct, I no longer get an invalid parameter count! I am using Me TV 2.0.1, and right after giving it a channels.conf file and clicking on next the bottom of the main window reports Failed to find a value for '8VSB' (not VSB_8). I use scan, not w_scan. I got scan from dvb-apps using apt-get install dvb-apps. I got a copy of w_scan (w_scan-20110306.tar.bz2), built it, and ran it with w_scan -f a -A 1 -c CA -o 7 > channels.conf
