Bug Description

The window-picker-applet doesn't show the close button of the application initially, but still shows the log-out button. Only after clicking in the application window once, does the close button for the application get displayed in the window-picker-applet.

Example application: vlc 9.2

I share your pain... I'd like to have pokerth work properly. :-) That being said, I have to mark this as wishlist as we need to focus on the primary (GNOME-based) applications for now.

I actually think this effects some other, gnome, applications too. I've seen this focus issue crop up with Nautilus in particular. I think it's a Metacity issue, but needs a bit more investigation.

More annoyances: If you set "full screen" on PokerTH, all it does is hide the titlebar - it doesn't actually move the application upwards at all. The result is the same using PokerTH's internal full screen command as well as a keyboard shortcut.
