maximus does not do well with qt4 apps

Bug Description

on ubuntu netbook remix maximus does not work with applications that are based on qt4 e.g qbittorrent, smplayer and some other apps like skype on some conditions. although the applications are maximized but they are not visible in the top panel like in this picture http://yfrog.com/0vscreenshotxkap
