Comment 1 for bug 825918

I think the behavior is now fixed. This menuitem is hidden when there no paste possibilities as a right click on a file doesn t really make sense for a paste. The menu item appear on a folder or right click on empty, then depending on the clipboard the menuitem is set sensitive (for empty clipboard).
