Goutham: your proposed pre-OSSA notification looks good. The VMT recommends publishing advisories on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays for improved visibility, so you might consider moving your disclosure date to Tuesday, March 10. Also be mindful that we're reaching EM status for stable/rocky, so you may not want to commit to a Rocky point release, or at least make sure up front that you're still going to be able to have one next week.
