The original bug was fixed in Mailman 2.1.6.

The only occurrences of the bad link in mailman-3.0.0a5 are in the message catalogs which are not really relevant as they are strings which don't exist anywhere it the code.

There was still one occurrence of the old URL in the Mailman 2.1 list admin manual, which I have just fixed.
