Comment 0 for bug 266013

If a new list is created, a notice is sent to the list
owner including the questions address
<email address hidden>.
Since in 2.1.x, -admin adderss is an alias for bounce,
if the new list owner sends questions to this address,
the message is treated as uninterpretable bounce
message. This address should be <email address hidden>.

I attach a fix for Cgi/create.py but looks like
bin/newlist has the same error.
