Workaround:

- open the mbox-File in any Editor
- search for "*="
- replace iso-encoded MIME-fields 'name*' and 'filename*'
by plain text, removing the asterisk:
     name*="iso8859-15''Autobahngeb%FChrjpg%2Ejpg"
-> name="Autobahngebuehr.jpg"
