Comment 13 for bug 332767

It would make more sense for notify-osd to simply allow actions again if the user specifically *chooses* that they want them. This is a real frustration...I don't want to give up the actions completely in order to get a popup notification. This new mentality about what does or does not qualify as a passive notification shouldn't be forced down on users.
