Thank you for your report and the patch. Can you please take a look at the latest item in regards to graphs in review: https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/4941/ and see if that solves the problem? We are in the process of upgrading the graphing engine so it can work on newer versions of Linux and also looks nicer. Maybe your problems has been resolved as well?
