The theme can actually not be seen on the MyPortfolio homepage but only by logged-in users whose institution have selected the theme.
It was developed for MyPortfolio with funding from the NZ Ministry of Education who open sourced it. It has a completely different dashboard image more suited for younger learners and additional graphical icons in the main navigation.
