Multiples spellings of "Résumé"

While localising the language pack I have noticed there are various spellings of the word "Résumé" throughout the various lang files in the core lang and in various artefact and blocktypes.

I must have missed a few when I renamed the "resumé" module to "résumé".

Anyways, we should use "résumé" throughout.

Could not find any instance of resume nor resumé. Just inconsistencies with the usage of upper case and lower case.

I've attached Solent's Local Lang and Help file from our dev server (still in progress of adding changes aware it needs cleaning up)
Some of the other spellings of 'Résumé' were found in help files.

We've localised to "CV" in all cases so you can easily see where we've found a version of 'Résumé'.

Thank you for the zip file Roger, it was very useful.
It seems like we are working on different versions as in my version, all the strings have already been corrected or have been removed.
The only one I found was the one Hugh noticed.

Yes we're still live with 1.3.x so some of those translation date back to that release.
Just cleaning up for 1.4.x

    Case of the word r��sum�� (bug #809290)

    Change the first letter of the word r��sum�� to lowercase when not consistent with the other lang files.
    Keep in uppercase in titles.
