2) Group1 exists

TEST STEPS:
------------------------
1) Log in as Mahara user
2) Browse to the Pages and collection overview page (/view/index.php)
3) Verify that the "Match all tags" checkbox is NOT displayed ✔
4) Select the "Tags" option from the search/ dropdown box
5) Verify that the "Match all tags" checkbox is displayed ✔
6) Browse to the Groups pages and collection overview page (/view/groupviews.php?group=1)
7) Verify that the "Match all tags" checkbox is NOT displayed ✔
8) Select the "Tags" option from the search/ dropdown box
9) Verify that the "Match all tags" checkbox is displayed ✔
