Hi Aaron,

We're upgrading a Mahara site from 1.10 to 15.10.

In 1.10, we are getting this:

The page was originally copied from institution pages/collection.

The institution pages and collection were then deleted.

I think that's probably when it started to happen but I'm not 100% sure.
