Comment 6 for bug 1190788

I've put in a patch https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/4292/ and from my initial tests it seems to work as expected.

For full testing one will need to test against all the different types of internalmedia one can embed as well as making sure other artefacts one can embed/download also still work as expected.
