The problem is inside: mahara/artefact/comment/theme/raw/commentlist.tpl
line 6: <div class="icon"><a href="{$item->author->profileurl}">
line 9: <a href="{$item->author->profileurl}" class="username">

The value of $item->author->profileurl is wrong.
