In the document doc/source/dev/dev-quickstart.rst there is presently no existing link to the setup Magnum with devstack document located at:
https://github.com/openstack/magnum/blob/master/doc/source/dev/dev-manual-devstack.rst

Inclusion of this link pertaining to key configuration would most likely be of tremendous benefit to all developers. Lack of inclusion, however, presently hampers development activities.

Inclusion to dev-quickstart should begin around line 131 (of document http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/magnum/tree/doc/source/dev/dev-quickstart.rst).

Also identified that that current lines 131-149 (of document http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/magnum/tree/doc/source/dev/dev-quickstart.rst) apparently repeats information with:
https://github.com/openstack/magnum/blob/master/doc/source/dev/dev-manual-devstack.rst

An apparent merge or synchronization of 131-149 with dev-manual-devstack's verbiage is most likely also in order.
